Middlebrook cattle are raised by the rotational grazing method, with no growth hormones or antibiotics. They have access to mineral suplements such as selenium, which is lacking in Michigan soil. Our beef is processed and USDA inspected at a small centennial farm south of Kalamazoo. We are licensed here at the farm to sell retail and we offer beef by the piece.
